KRANJSKA GORA lies on the crossroads of three countries: Austria, Italy and Slovenia. It is one of the touristic jewels of Slovenia and an important world-class ski centre.

Situated 809 meters above the sea level, KRANJSKA GORA offers various entertainment and recreation both in summer and in winter. There is a possibility of cycling, mountain trekking, roller skating and more, giving you a range of activities to do in every time of the year. In winter, Kranjska Gora turns into the biggest ski centre in Slovenia. Kranjska Gora and its surroundings also offer beautiful cross-country ski tracks for skiers of all experience levels, from beginners to seasoned veterans. The world-class FIS ski race called the VITRANC CUP  is held in Kranjska Gora each year, while the neighbour alpine valley PLANICA boasts the oldest sky-flying jump hill in the history.

Apart Hotel VIJOLICA*** (built in 2007) is located near the Kekec ski lift just by the ski slopes and in the centre of Kranjska Gora. It houses 19 comfortable apartments for 2, 4 or 6 persons. All apartments include modern equipment (CAT TV, Wi-Fi internet, washing machine, microwave oven, …). The large living space of the apartments is especially suited for families with children, invalids as well as for pets companions.
